Check the calendar.
Availability is pulled from each property's private iCal feed when sync is connected. If sync is unavailable, confirm dates directly on Airbnb or Vrbo before booking.
How sync works
Live calendars use private Airbnb and Vrbo iCal export links configured on the hosting account. When those feeds are connected, booked dates show in red and available dates show in green.
